At Waves Management, we provide elite lifeguard staffing and aquatic safety services designed specifically for luxury resorts, beach clubs, and hotels. All of our lifeguards are certified through the American Red Cross, trained in CPR, First Aid, AED, and equipped to manage emergency scenarios with confidence and composure. We work closely with each property to customize safety protocols that align with your site-specific layout, risk level, and guest demographic.

RISK ASSESMENTS
We conduct on site inspections with a team of aquatic professionals. Team includes Supervisor, Certified EMT 'S & Drowning Specialist Attorneys.
EVALUATION
Our team will then evaluate & determine the best solutions for your guarded areas.
TEAM
We provide screening, background checks, drug testing, Red Cross Certifications, workers comp, payroll & scheduling. Licensed & Insured.
ANNUAL TRAININGS
We provide on-sight trainings throughout the year. All staff is trained by industry experts with more then 15 years of aquatic experience. All staff trainings vary based upon guarded location.
ANNUAL AUDITS
We provide unannounced on sight visits. The visits are provided by lifeguard supervisors who are often disguised as a patrons. These lifeguard auditors will conduct a team report.
TURN KEY
We offer turnkey programs. Safety at your beach or pool is not an amenity it is a necessity.
